Welcome. I am Dr Andrew Choong, Vascular, Endovascular, Venous and Aortic Surgeon in Singapore

I am a senior vascular, endovascular and aortic surgeon with over 20 years of international experience, trained at some of the largest and most prestigious vascular centres in the UK and Australia. I care for patients across Singapore, Malaysia and the wider Asian region, specialising in the full spectrum of vascular disease — from varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and peripheral arterial disease (PAD) to complex aortic aneurysms, dissections, carotid artery disease and dialysis access.

I began my surgical career in London in 2003, training at Imperial College London’s renowned vascular units at St Mary’s and Charing Cross Hospitals. My expertise was further refined through an international fellowship at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in Australia, followed by consultant roles in both the UK and Singapore.
