Andrew Choong Vascular Surgery helps patients check insurance arrangements, panel eligibility and pre-authorisation requirements for vascular consultations and treatment in Singapore.
Self-paying consultations and treatment
You can contact the clinic about self-paying for a vascular consultation or treatment. Ask about the consultation charge and which investigations may be needed before a treatment plan can be discussed.
If a procedure is recommended, ask what any estimate includes: surgeon and anaesthetist fees, hospital charges, devices, tests and follow-up. Costs depend on the clinical plan and may change if additional care is needed. Confirm the payment arrangements before proceeding.

How our fees work
Our fees are governed by the insurance panels and schemes we participate in, and we comply with every panel’s fee guidelines. We work closely with insurers, third-party administrators and the hospitals so that your treatment is as seamless – and, where your policy allows, as cashless – as possible. We do not publish a price list, because the right plan and the right hospital for you set the cost; the Clinic Team will give you a written estimate once your treatment plan is clear.

Corporate benefits and individual Shield panels are separate. An insurer named under a corporate network above refers to that network arrangement. It does not imply that all of that insurer’s individual policies have panel access.

If you would like the clinic to help check insurance or panel-related information, please send us your insurer name, policy type, corporate card if applicable, referral letter if required, and any relevant reports or pre-authorisation forms.
How insurance support works
Insurance approval is usually based on your policy, medical condition, proposed investigations or procedure, hospital requirements and insurer assessment. The clinic can assist with the usual documentation process, but final approval and reimbursement decisions are made by the insurer.
Panel participation does not guarantee cashless treatment or full payment. Ask about any deductible, co-insurance, benefit limits and pre-authorisation before admission or a procedure.

If your insurer is not listed
Contact the clinic to discuss the documentation and payment arrangements for your consultation. Your insurer can advise whether your policy provides benefits for non-panel care.
